Hi, I’m Mike West. I am proud to say that I LOVE what I do and am excited about it! I am a full-time, full service REALTOR®, nationally licensed mortgage loan originator and photographer. I specialize in El Dorado Hills, Folsom and the surrounding areas in El Dorado, Sacramento and Placer Counties.
I have been in the business for almost nine years and have negotiated millions of dollars in real estate transactions and loans from one bedroom condos and manufactured homes to raw land and million dollar mansions.
What makes me different from other real estate agents? I listen. Really Listen. To YOU. I do my best to understand your “wants and needs.” I try to assuage YOUR concerns and eradicate YOUR fears through perseverance and tenacity.
Another reason that I’m successful is the way that I approach each real estate transaction. Each is a delicate dance between psychology and business. With my extensive background in the corporate management and in real estate, I take my real estate business to an art-form.
I will keep you informed every step of the way. I may over explain the ramifications of each decision that you have to make, but when you do decide, it will be an INFORMED decision.
Another difference is that I actually do answer my phone (from 9 AM – 9 PM seven days week—unless I am taking to someone). And I respond to voice mail messages as quickly as possible. (Rare in today’s world!)
