The timing is right. The only active buyers in the market today are investors and first-time buyers. The current market is an investor’s playground. Never before has it been so tantalizing – low interest rates, low home prices, increasing inventories, and favorable government programs. The government has recently helped investors in the following two ways:

1) FANNIE MAE has increased the loan limits from 4 to 10 homes that an investor can buy.

2) FANNIE MAE and FREDDIE MAC will allow investors to participate in the housing relief programs.
