Home Buyer Information
Whether you are looking for your first home, moving up as your family grows, consolidating from an empty nest or just relocating to our beautiful area; we at Heritage Oak Properties would love to help you find the perfect fit.
We’ve created some great tools to help you gather and organize your information, focus on your housing priorities and provide you with what you need to make the best home buying decision; one you will be happy with for many years to come.
We will be there every step of the way. At our first meeting, we’ll talk about YOU and help you compile a wish list, a budget and a time table that best suite your needs. We will go over the entire home buying process so that you are familiar with it and do not have any unpleasant surprises; all before we look at the first home. We will talk about how we can best help you throughout the buying process. Once we have a solid base from which to work, we’re on the hunt!
TV real estate programs love to show buyers three properties and expect them to choose on of those three. It makes great TV but does not help those buyers find that ideal home. Other agents expect buyers to select a home after seeing five or ten homes. We work with you until you do find THE perfect home.
We’ll guide you through the entire buying process, selecting the best SAFE loan program, successfully negotiating for the right home, hiring top-notch home inspectors and smoothing the way to the escrow table—keeping YOUR best interests as our TOP priority. (Although we also do loans, if you have a relationship with a loan officer or can find a better deal we will still be happy to help you with only the real estate portion of the transaction.) Your priorities always come first.
Don’t forget that the system is set up so that the seller’s pay the real estate commissions, so there is no direct cost to you for our professional representation!
