Another way to obtain property information is to register to receive listings by e-mail. Enter your property search parameters and every time a new property is entered into the REALTORS®MLS you receive an e-mail link to the listing. You will be aware of new listings before most other buyers looking for similar properties and you will have first crack at them. Select this link provide listings by email. Even in a slow market there are homes that receive multiple offers.
